I used a tracker app that marked my fertile days and the best test date right after my expected period. It took the guesswork out completely. Just enter your cycle dates and it tells you when to test.
Simple rule, test the day your period is due or a couple of days after. Testing before that often gives false negatives. Use morning urine for the clearest line.
I downloaded one of those tracker apps and it really helped me figure out the right window. We are trying too so i found it handy. Anyone have a favourite app for this?
