My gynac mentioned my protein is on the lower side and suggested i add a powder. But she didnt say morning or night or with food. Confused about the right time, when do u all take it?
I wanted to keep my protein up too but I only started after my gynac okayed a specific one. Dont just pick any powder yourself, some have extra stuff not meant for pregnancy. Ask first na.
Best to ask your doctor which brand and how much. Many of us actually get enough from dal, eggs, milk and paneer. Doctor advice is the safest route here.
