My cycles are always all over the place, sometimes 35 din sometimes 50, so i never know when im actually late. Trying to conceive na so i get confused when to even take the test. How do u figure out the right time?
If your cycles are highly irregular, it is very hard to guess ovulation. It is best to consult your gynac, they can do a quick blood test or scan to give accurate results safely. Testing randomly at home might just cause unwanted confusion.
Look, don't waste expensive test kits every other week. Just wait for 40-45 days from your last period start date and then test with early morning first urine. If it is negative and periods still don't come, then go see your doctor.
My saas told me to wait at least a month and a half from the last period date since my cycles were always late. If you test too early, the line doesn't show up. Give it some extra days so the hormones can build up.
I am in the same boat right now, my periods are so unpredictable! Some friends suggested testing about 3 weeks after you think you had unprotected sex. Are u also tracking your symptoms like sore breasts or mild cramping?
With my crazy irregular periods, I had no clue when to test! I just bought a bunch of cheap pregnancy strips and tested every 2-3 weeks whenever I felt weird or got a bit of extra sleep (which is rare now!). Honestly, waiting at least 35-40 days from your last period is a safe bet to avoid wasting kits.
