We are trying since 2 months and i keep getting confused about the fertile window thing. My cycles are mostly regular, around 30 days. How do you all figure out the right days?
I used an ovulation app plus the predictor strips and it pinpointed my fertile days nicely. Those few days are the golden window. Made the whole thing way less guesswork honestly.
Track the window but please don't turn it into a stressful schedule yaar. We did and it sucked the fun out. Relax a little, it helps more than you think.
Aim for the few days leading up to and including ovulation, that's your fertile window, usually around mid cycle. Every other day during that stretch works well. That's how it happened for me both times without overthinking.
This is so helpful, I was shy to ask anyone about timing. So the days before ovulation matter most, noted. Will start tracking my cycle from this month.
