I bought a kit yesterday and im itching to use it but cant decide the right time. Heard morning urine is better but i was out the whole morning today. Does the time of day actually make a difference?
Morning pee yaar, that's the trick, dont drink a lot of water before either. And don't stress if u missed the morning, just test next morning. It's not a big deal, the hormone is just stronger then.
First morning pee is the recommended one, all my trackers said the same. Overnight the hCG builds up so it's stronger. If u test in evening after drinking lots of water it gets diluted and can mislead.
Morning, with the first urine of the day. The hormone is most concentrated then so u get the clearest result, especially in early days. Evening can work too but if u test too early in the day it might show faint or negative.
I tested in the evening first and got nothing, then morning next day it was positive! So morning really does make a difference early on. Did this happen to anyone else or was it just me?
