I have a test kit lying at home and im tempted to use it right now but my period is only 1 day late. Should i wait a few more days for it to show correctly? And does morning urine really matter or can i do it anytime?
Wait at least till your period is a day or two late, then test with the first morning urine, its most concentrated. Testing too soon just gives faint or false results and more tension.
I always used the first pee of the morning, the kit instructions actually mention this. If you test before missed period the line can be too faint to be sure. Some kits claim early detection but missed period day is safest.
Give it a couple of days after the missed date, the hormone needs time to build up in urine. Use the morning sample. If still confused, a blood test at the lab will clear all doubt dear.
Morning urine after your missed period, thats the sweet spot. Dont stress test 10 times like I did, just makes the wallet and the heart hurt. One clear test is enough.
I tested 2 days before my period and it was negative, then positive after 4 days. So same situation, dont panic if early test is negative. Just retest na?
