When to use urine pregnancy test strip?

Bought a strip from the chemist but honestly dont know the right time to use it. Morning or anytime? And how many days after missing period. First time im doing this so pls guide.

I tracked my cycle on an app so I knew exactly when my period was due, and tested the morning after a missed period. Morning urine has the most hcg so it is the best time. If faint, retest after two days.
