I went through this and I know how hard it is. My doctor said wait till at least one normal period and till I felt emotionally ready, which mattered just as much. Please go by ur own gynac and ur heart, no rush.
Take the time u need, theres no single right timeline. Physically my doctor cleared me after a cycle or two, but emotionally I needed a little longer and thats okay. Be kind to urself, hugs.

Beta give urself time to heal, body and mind both. Usually after a normal period the doctor gives a go ahead, but only when u feel ready. Dont let anyone pressure u.
My gynac told me many couples can try after one or two normal cycles once the body recovers, sometimes she advised a check first. It depends on how far along the loss was. Best to ask ur own doctor for ur case.
