When trying to conceive how often should you have intercourse?

We started trying this cycle and now I am confused whether daily is better or alternate days. Tracking ovulation is also stressing me out. What routine worked for you without making it feel like a job?

Every 2-3 days through the month works for most couples, that way u don't miss the fertile window. No need to stress over exact dates honestly, regular is enough.

With PCOS my cycles were irregular so tracking ovulation was tricky. My gynac helped me figure out the timing. If your periods are not regular, better to get checked rather than guessing the window.

We are also trying na, my doc said don't make it like a task or pressure, just be regular and relaxed. Stress actually makes it harder she said.

Yaar don't overthink the counting. Every couple days, relax, enjoy it. The more tension u take the longer it feels. It'll happen.

I used an ovulation tracker app and we focused on the fertile window, roughly the 5 days before and the day of ovulation. Every alternate day in that window worked for us. The apps make it so much easier to figure out.

General advice is around alternate days, especially in the week around ovulation. Daily isn't necessary and can actually tire u both out. If nothing happens in a year (or 6 months if you're over 35) then see a fertility specialist.
