When trying to conceive should you have intercourse everyday?
Weve been trying for a few months now and im so confused about the timing thing. Some say everyday is better, some say alternate days. What actually worked for you all?
Every other day is good enough dear, no need to tire yourselves daily. Keep it relaxed. If after a year nothing happens then go see a doctor, but mostly it just takes some patience.
My gynac said sperm survives a few days, so every 2-3 days through the cycle covers you, no need for everyday. She told us to relax and not turn it into a chore. Tracking ovulation helped us most.
With PCOS my cycles were irregular so I used ovulation kits to find the right days. Doc told us every other day is enough, daily isnt needed. Dont put too much pressure, that itself can delay things.
We are trying too and I had the same doubt. From what I read, alternate days during the fertile window is enough, not daily. Trying to relax about it, easier said than done na.
Don't make it a mission yaar, daily is not needed. Just enjoy it, alternate days around ovulation is plenty. Too much planning actually adds stress, relax thoda.
No need everyday actually, that can stress you both out. Every alternate day around your fertile window works just as well. Track your ovulation and focus those days, that's how it worked for me both times.
