We have decided to start trying from this cycle and i want to do everything right. Wondering what habits or foods i should be avoiding now. Would love to hear from those who have been through this what they cut out.
With my PCOS background I learnt not to crash diet or overdo intense workouts while trying, it threw my cycle off. Gentle movement and steady meals were better. Everyone's body is different so do talk to your doctor too.
I'm in this phase now and the main things I've gathered are avoid alcohol and smoking, dont over caffeinate, and dont let stress take over. Also started folic acid after asking my doctor. Keeping it simple.

Avoid smoking, heavy drinking, and too much caffeine. Dont self medicate with random things either, check anything with your doctor first. A balanced lifestyle and managing stress go a long way.
Just take good care, eat clean, rest well and try to stay calm and positive. Avoid bad habits and too much worrying. Things fall into place at the right time, take it easy on yourself.
