When was my baby conceived?

Just found out im pregnant and my doc gave me a due date from my last period but im a little confused. My cycles are irregular so im trying to figure out around when it actually happened. how do you calculate this?

My doctor explained that conception is usually counted around 2 weeks after your last period date, near ovulation. The dating scan gives the most accurate idea though. She told me the LMP method is just an estimate.

I used a tracker app and it estimated conception from my last period and cycle length. Pretty close to what the scan said actually. Try one, it gives a rough window.

Dont stress too much about the exact day na. The scan at your first appointment will tell you a proper date. Thats what they go by anyway.
