I am confused about which exact day pregnancy happens after ovulation or after relation. My cycle tracking app shows fertile window but I dont understand the dates properly. Can someone explain in simple words from experience?
My doctor explained conception usually happens around ovulation, roughly the middle of your cycle, about 12-14 days before your next period in a 28 day cycle. Thats your most fertile time.
I was confused about this too. Basically the day egg releases (ovulation) is when its possible, usually mid cycle. We started tracking and it made things clearer.
Around ovulation, the middle of your cycle. Sperm can live a few days so the days just before ovulation count too. Track that window and you increase chances.
I used an ovulation tracker app and it marked my fertile days. Conception happens in that window around ovulation. Ovulation strips also help pinpoint it if cycles are confusing.
If your cycles are regular its roughly mid month. But mine were all over due to PCOS so the simple mid cycle rule didnt work, I needed kits and a doctors help to find ovulation.
