My period is 3 days late and ive never been this late before. I dont want to test too early and get upset over a wrong result. So when is the right time to actually check?
We just started trying and I read that waiting till the missed period is best, otherwise too early. I tested 2 days late and it was clear. Hope it helps you also.
Best time is the day after your missed period, with first morning urine. Testing before that often gives wrong negative. If it shows positive, then book your gynac.
My doctor said home kit after a missed period is reliable, but if you tested early and got a faint line, repeat in 2-3 days. For confirmation a blood test at the lab is the surest. Either way see the gynac once positive.
I waited till the day my period was due as per my tracker, then tested next morning. Got a clear result. Early morning sample has the most concentrated hcg so go with that.
