I'm constantly feeling exhausted and fatigued these days, and it's making it hard to manage daily tasks. When does the fatigue usually start to subside or stop during pregnancy?
As a working mom, managing meetings with that extreme fatigue was brutal. To survive, I planned short 15-minute power naps during lunch and stayed hydrated. The worst of it usually ends by week 14, so just hang in there and plan your day efficiently.
It is so overwhelming to feel exhausted all day, I totally get it because I felt like a zombie in my first trimester and it made me so anxious. Hang in there, around week 13-14 your energy will slowly start coming back. Be gentle with yourself.
Try having coconut water and small meals throughout the day, it really helps with the low energy. But if you are feeling extremely weak or dizzy, please tell your doctor because it could be due to low iron. Take care.
Hahaha, honestly? It stops when the baby is like 5 years old! Currently surviving on 2 hours of sleep, but jokes apart, the crazy pregnancy tiredness usually gets much better in the second trimester.
