We just started trying this month and honestly i have no idea about the timing part. My periods are mostly regular. Can someone explain which days are the right ones to try?
Usually the fertile days are around day 12 to 16 if your cycle is regular 28 days. Count from the first day of your period. For both my kids we tried in that window and it worked.
Honestly an ovulation tracker app helped me a lot. I logged my period dates and it showed my fertile window every month. You can also use ovulation strips, they are cheap and easy yaar.
Dont overthink the exact day yaar, just keep trying through that middle week. We stressed so much counting days and then it happened in a relaxed month. Relax thoda.
