When will my breasts go back to normal after pregnancy?
Delivered 3 months back and things still feel so different up there, size aur shape sab changed. Im breastfeeding btw. Does it ever go back to how it was or this is the new normal now? curious to hear ur experiences.
To be honest yaar, they might never go back to the exact pre-pregnancy size, and that is actually fine! Mere toh completely change ho gaye post-feeding. Just accept the new normal and get some good well-fitting bras, okay?
Don't buy expensive fancy bras right now thinking they will shrink soon. Mine took almost a year post-weaning to settle down, and I had to buy cheap cotton ones in different sizes. Better to save that money for baby's vaccination costs later.
Oh I feel you, pregnancy changes our bodies so much. For me, they stayed different even after I stopped feeding, but we just get used to it. Buy some comfortable, non-wired cotton bras for now to support them, it helps a lot.
Honestly, it varies wildly for everyone depending on genetics and breastfeeding. It can take a few months after you completely stop nursing for things to settle. But if you notice any painful lumps, definitely ask your gynac during your checkup.
Give yourself some time, your body went through a big change. Slowly they will soften and feel more like before, usually a few months after weaning. You are doing great, just take care.
