Im newly pregnant, like 5 weeks, and i keep waiting for the cramping people talk about. Right now i feel mostly normal which is making me overthink. When did the cramps usually begin for u all?
Haan thoda halka cramp toh kaafi early shuru ho sakta hai, mere saath bhi hua tha. Bas dhyan rakho ki zyada tej dard ya bleeding na ho, warna doctor ko dikhao na turant.
Light cramping early on can be normal, but I'll say this from my experience, if cramps are strong or come with bleeding, dont wait, call your gynac. I ignored it once and regret it, better safe.
Mild cramps can start very early, even around implantation in the first weeks. As long as it's light and no bleeding it's usually normal. Sharp or one sided pain though, get that checked.
I drove myself crazy over every twinge early on. Turns out mild cramps are quite common in the beginning. But if your gut says something's off, just call the doctor, that's what calmed me down every time.
I felt mild cramps really early, around when my period was due, and I honestly thought I wasnt pregnant. They were light and pulling, not like period pain. Once I understood it was implantation type stuff I relaxed.
