We started trying this month and im trying to understand which days actually matter for conceiving. Im tracking my cycle but still a bit unsure about the timing. When in the cycle is pregnancy most likely to happen?
It happens when you conceive around ovulation time, mid cycle for most. So try during your fertile days. It doesnt always happen in the first month though, so dont stress if it takes a few cycles, totally normal.
Generally around ovulation, but if your cycles are irregular like mine were with PCOS, ovulation timing can be hard to pin down. In that case its worth seeing a gynac who can guide you on the right timing. Dont lose hope.
Pregnancy happens around your ovulation, which is roughly the middle of your cycle, about 14 days before your next period. Those few days are the fertile window. I started tracking mine and it really helped us plan.
we are also trying and I learnt it usually happens around the middle of the cycle, the fertile window. taking it slow and not stressing, everyone says relaxing helps. all the best to you too.
I used an ovulation tracker app to find my fertile window and that made it much easier. Conception happens around ovulation. If its been many months of trying without luck though, do check with a doctor.
