Im in my 8th month now and everyone keeps asking has the baby head gone down yet. I dont even know when it usually happens. Around which week does it normally fix?
I was waiting forever for my baby's head to engage, doing all those squatting and walking exercises! Finally happened around 37 weeks. Honestly, just hang in there, they will come down when they are ready.

Usually 34-36 weeks ke aas paas head engage hota hai. Meri mummy bolti thi halki walking aur active rehne se baby head down position me jaldi aata hai. Par agar koi dikat ya heavy pressure feel ho, toh doctor se zarur baat karein.
Ghar ke bade bolte hain ki normal delivery ke liye head down hona zaroori hai, jo aksar 8th ya 9th month me hota hai. Humare yahan mummy bolti thi ghabrana nahi chahiye, sab dhyan se dadi-nani ke nuskhe aur doctor ki salah se ho jata hai.
