Im in my 8th month now and everyone keeps asking has the baby head gone down yet. I dont even know when it usually happens. Around which week does it normally fix?
I was waiting forever for my baby's head to engage, doing all those squatting and walking exercises! Finally happened around 37 weeks. Honestly, just hang in there, they will come down when they are ready.
My baby's head fixed literally a week before delivery, I thought he was just chilling upside down forever! It usually happens around 34 to 36 weeks, but some babies are late-night planners and do it right before labor.
Usually 34-36 weeks ke aas paas head engage hota hai. Meri mummy bolti thi halki walking aur active rehne se baby head down position me jaldi aata hai. Par agar koi dikat ya heavy pressure feel ho, toh doctor se zarur baat karein.
Ghar ke bade bolte hain ki normal delivery ke liye head down hona zaroori hai, jo aksar 8th ya 9th month me hota hai. Humare yahan mummy bolti thi ghabrana nahi chahiye, sab dhyan se dadi-nani ke nuskhe aur doctor ki salah se ho jata hai.
I just delivered last month! My doctor told me my baby's head engaged at 35 weeks, and I could suddenly breathe easier but had to pee every 5 minutes. Every pregnancy is different, so don't worry if it takes a bit longer.
Head fixing usually happens between 34 and 37 weeks. In my case, I made sure my delivery package and hospital bag were fully ready by the 34th week itself, because once the head engages, delivery can happen anytime. Proper planning saves so much last-minute stress and money.
