For me, my mom noticed it before I did around the 5th week because I was suddenly feeling so lazy and refusing my favorite ginger tea. Staying at my parents' place made it so easy, they pamper you so much. Usually, by 6th week the nausea and heavy feeling starts.
I am in my 8th week now and actually I only felt light cramping in the beginning. Did anyone else get super sensitive to smells early on, or is it just me?
Please pay close attention to how your body feels around the 5th or 6th week, but don't stress if symptoms are mild. Every pregnancy is unique. Just keep in touch with your gynac regularly for your peace of mind.
You might start feeling extra tired or see food cravings around week 5 or 6, but please be careful with what you eat from day one. I got GD later so I always tell moms to avoid eating too many sweets or carbs even during early cravings. Just focus on small, healthy snacks.
I had spotting early on around week 6, so I got super scared. It’s always best to let your gynac know as soon as you miss your period. They will do a quick scan to make sure everything is fine.
