We're trying since a couple months and im tracking everything now. I noticed my body feels a little warm these days and im wondering if temperature actually changes when conception happens. Anyone tracked this and noticed something?
I was reading about this too! Apparently body temp stays a little higher after conceiving because of the hormones. But honestly its so tiny u cant feel it, u need to chart it properly to notice. Are others tracking BBT too?
Yes temp stays slightly up but dont rely on it. I never felt any temp change in either pregnancy, just took a test when my period was late. Thats the most reliable way honestly.

If u track ur BBT (basal body temp) it usually stays slightly raised after ovulation and if u conceive it tends to stay up instead of dropping. I used a tracker app and a basal thermometer, taken first thing in the morning before getting up. Its one sign but not a confirmation, a test is the real answer.
