We started trying this month and im a little confused about the timing thing. My cycles are mostly regular if that helps. Pls share how u figured out ur fertile days.
I just started looking into this too. From what I gathered its around ovulation, mid cycle. I downloaded a tracker app to figure out my own fertile days, makes it less of a guessing game.
We are newly trying and I was a little shy to ask. So the days around the middle of the cycle are best? Thank you, this helps me understand quietly without asking around.
For most its the mid cycle ovulation time, but with my PCOS my ovulation was unpredictable so the standard advice didnt fully apply. If your cycles are irregular like mine were, please see a doctor to track it. Dont be discouraged, it just needs a little extra help sometimes.
The fertile window is the few days leading up to and including ovulation, around the middle of your cycle. My doctor said the day before ovulation and the day of are the highest chance. If cycles are irregular, an ovulation kit helps pinpoint it.
