My back and kamar are hurting a lot at night and i really want a pregnancy pillow, but i want to actually feel it before buying instead of online. Does any physical store keep them? Im in a tier 2 city so not sure.

You can easily find them at FirstCry or Mothercare stores. But if you have any pregnancy complications or back issues, please ask your doctor which pillow type is safest for your posture.
Because of my PCOS, I had a lot of backache and found a great pillow at a local baby store. It really helped, but do check what feels comfortable for you.
