Im 5 weeks and getting this pulling feeling low in my pet, sometimes more on one side. Not very painful but it keeps coming. Where exactly do u all feel the cramps in starting? just want to know it's the normal kind.
Usually, u feel mild cramping in the lower abdomen or pelvic area, similar to mild period cramps. This happens because of stretching ligaments, but remember, if it's severe or on one side, it needs medical evaluation. Do let your doctor know about it.
I am currently trying to conceive and always wonder about this too! Is it like menstrual cramps or different? Let us know what your doctor says so we also know what to expect.
Girl, my lower belly felt like a mini construction site was going on inside! Mild cramps are just your uterus making space, but if it starts hurting like crazy, run to your gynac and don't try to be a hero.
I remember that dull ache in my lower tummy, it used to make me so anxious every single day. Sending u lots of love, please take plenty of rest and let your gynac know just to be safe.
Please don't ignore this. I had a lot of cramping which ended up needing strict bedrest and progesterone. If you have any sharp pain or bleeding, go to your doctor immediately.
My hospital team gave me a whole booklet on this where they mentioned mild lower abdomen cramps are normal as the uterus expands. But they always said if it gets sharp, immediately call the emergency desk. Better to call your doctor's team and clarify once.
Oh I literally cried thinking something was wrong when I had lower pelvic cramps at 6 weeks. Turns out it was just normal implantation and stretching. Take a deep breath, but if the pain is too much or there is spotting, call your doc immediately.
