Third trimester here and my back is killing me but im not sure if its normal back pain or something else. Mostly i feel it lower near my kamar. Where exactly does it usually happen for you all?
It usually happens in the lower back and sometimes radiates down to the hips, which can be so exhausting. I remember crying some nights because the ache was so bad, so I completely feel you. Please take plenty of rest and let your partner pamper you, you deserve it.
Look, back pain generally hits the lower back and tailbone because of the shifting weight. Don't sit in slouchy postures and wear flat, comfortable footwear always. If the pain is very severe or you have cramping, go straight to your doctor without delaying.
Lower back pain is very common as the body prepares for baby, so try to stay positive and chant or meditate when it hurts. Keep yourself warm and do mild stretches if your doctor allows. God will give you the strength to go through this beautiful journey.
For me, it was mostly in the lower back and tailbone area, especially after sitting at my office desk for long hours. I started using a support cushion and taking short walking breaks every hour. Try not to sit continuously, it really helps save time and pain later in the day.
Yaar, my lower back and pelvic area used to pain like crazy, actually even sleeping was a struggle. I started using a pregnancy pillow which was a total lifesaver. Just dont stand for too long in the kitchen, grab a stool and sit down!
Mine was mostly in the lower back and upper shoulders. My MIL made me a warm mustard oil massage mix and told me not to lift heavy buckets at home. It really helped ease the stiffness, so definitely try asking your mom or saas for some safe home massage tips.
