Where does the embryo implant itself in a tubal pregnancy?
A cousin of mine just went through this and it really scared me. Now im trying to understand it properly for myself. Where exactly does it implant when its tubal?
My gynac explained tubal pregnancy is a type of ectopic where the embryo settles in the fallopian tube, not the womb lining. The tube cant support a baby so it needs medical attention early. Scan and doctor are the only way to confirm and manage it.
It implants in the fallopian tube which is why its risky and cant continue safely. This really needs your gynac to confirm with a scan and guide you, not something to manage at home.
In a tubal pregnancy the embryo implants in the fallopian tube instead of the uterus, which is why its dangerous. I had a scare like this. If u r having one sided sharp pain or bleeding pls rush to ur doctor, this one is not to be ignored at all.
Sending u a hug if u r asking because of a worry. In tubal pregnancy it lodges in the tube. During my treatment they scanned early just to make sure it was in the right place. Please get an early ultrasound, it gives peace of mind.
