Where is constipation pain felt during pregnancy?

Constipation is hitting me hard this pregnancy and sometimes i get this dull pain in lower belly and i panic thinking its something with the baby. Just want to know where exactly does constipation pain usually come so i can tell the difference. pls share.

I always panicked thinking constipation cramps were something serious. The clue is it eases after you pass motion, unlike other pains. Still, if you are unsure or the pain is strong, just call your gynac for peace of mind.

Beta it mostly sits low in the tummy, that heavy bloated feeling. I always soaked a few munakka or had warm water in the morning. Bas thoda fibre badhao, fruits aur green veg khao, aaram aayega.

For me it was lower abdomen and that bloated trapped gas feeling, ugh the worst. Prunes soaked overnight and lots of water sorted me out mostly. If pain ever gets sharp or severe though, mention it to your doctor to be safe.

Usually you feel it in the lower belly, a kind of cramping and fullness, sometimes left side more. The iron tablets make it worse honestly. More water, fibre and a little walking really helped me move things along.
