In the beginning baby is so tiny its hidden deep in there, and by the 8th month it feels like the baby has taken over your entire torso lol. Ribs, bladder, everything. They claim the whole apartment.
The apps show it really nicely week by week, baby sits in the uterus and the trackers even show how it floats and changes position. I loved seeing the little illustrations each week, made it feel real.
I keep wondering this too. My doc said baby is in the uterus and right now mine is around my belly button level. Did others also feel like the position keeps shifting as baby moves?
Baby grows inside the uterus, in the lower belly area. As months pass the uterus rises up so you feel it higher and higher. By the end it pushes right up under your ribs, trust me you feel it everywhere.
The baby stays in the womb, which is in the lower tummy. In early months you can barely tell, later the bump shows clearly. My scans showed exactly where baby was sitting, very sweet to see.
