Such a basic doubt but im a first timer and curious where exactly the baccha sits inside. Sometimes i feel a pull low in my pet and wonder if thats it. Anyone explain simply?
I was reading about this recently... initially the womb is very low in the pelvic area, and then it slowly expands upwards. It's so beautiful how our bodies are designed to make space for a little life.
My saas told me that in the early months, the womb is low down, which is why we feel frequent urination pressure. She always advised me not to lift heavy buckets or bend suddenly during this time. It really made sense as the baby grew higher up later.
Having just delivered, I can tell you it starts low in your pelvis and by the end, it feels like it's right under your ribs! You can actually feel the top of your womb rising month by month. It's an amazing feeling when you start noticing that bump shift upwards.
Early on, your womb is safely nestled down in your pelvic area, behind the pubic bone. Since I had thyroid issues, I was always anxious about baby's growth, but regular check-ups kept me reassured. Make sure you go for all your doctor visits so they can measure your fundal height properly.
In the starting, it is deep down in your lower pelvis, and slowly it grows upwards towards your tummy. You don't need expensive scans just to see where it is moving! Just wear loose, comfortable cotton nightys so there's no pressure on your lower abdomen.
