my back and hips are killing me at night now in 6th month and i cant get comfy at all. thinking a pregnancy pillow might help finally. where did u all buy yours from, online or some store? any good ones?
I got mine off Amazon, just search pregnancy pillow or C shaped maternity pillow, tons of options. Read reviews for firmness. Flipkart and Firstcry have them too. A good one was a total game changer for my sleep.
Online is easiest, Amazon and Firstcry have the best range. Go for a C or U shape, supports back and belly both. I used mine even after delivery for feeding, totally worth it.
Yaar I got mine from Amazon, came in two days. Actually some baby stores like Firstcry outlets also keep them if you want to feel it before buying. Get the U shape one, full body support, slept like a baby after that.
Honestly before buying an expensive one, I just used two normal pillows, one between the knees and one behind the back, worked great. If you do want a proper one, Amazon and Firstcry have budget C-shaped ones. No need to spend a fortune.
