Any nearby chemist or medical store keeps them, you dont need a prescription. I just picked one up on my way back from work. If you want it discreet, order online too, it comes in plain packaging.
Local pharmacy ones are cheap, around 50 to 150 rupees. Buy two actually so you can retest after a couple days. No need to spend on a fancy clinic test unless you want the blood test for confirmation.
