Which antacid is safe during pregnancy?

The acidity has become unbearable in my third trimester, burning all the way up at night. I dont want to take anything without knowing and i'll ask my gynac too. Just wanted to know what others were given pls.

Please dont pick any antacid from the medical shop on your own. Some are fine in pregnancy and some are not. My gynac prescribed a specific safe one for my acidity, so just ask yours.

For mild acidity beta, a little cold milk or saunf after meals used to give me relief without any medicine. But if its bad and frequent, do ask your doctor for a safe tablet.

My doctor gave me one that was safe and it really helped my heartburn. Dont self medicate yaar, the doc will know which one suits you. For mild stuff, small frequent meals also helped me a lot.
