Which blood groups are not compatible for pregnancy?

My husband is O+ and im O-. My MIL keeps saying our blood groups can create problem in pregnancy and now im worried. We are planning to start trying soon. Can someone explain which groups actually cause issues?

Its not that certain groups cant have babies, the concern is mainly Rh negative mothers. Doctors handle it routinely with the right injection. Your gynac will guide based on your reports.

I am Rh negative and they monitored me carefully and gave the anti-D injection at the right time. So dont panic, its very manageable with proper care. Just make sure your doctor knows your group and your husbands.

My doctor explained its mainly about Rh factor, if the mom is Rh negative and baby is Rh positive it can cause issues, but they give an injection to manage it. Its not about being incompatible to conceive. They test your blood group early for exactly this reason.
