My regular bras have started feeling really tight and uncomfortable now that im growing. wondering what type i should switch to that gives proper support but isnt suffocating. any brands or styles u all found comfy? im in my 4th month.
Go for soft cotton non wired maternity bras with good support, your size keeps changing so dont buy too many at once. Wired ones got really uncomfortable for me. Buy a couple of nursing bras towards the end too, they double up after delivery.
I switched to nursing bras in the last trimester and continued through feeding, so practical. Soft, no wires, easy clips. Get a size with some room since you grow more than you expect.
Dont overspend, just 3-4 good cotton maternity bras are enough since your size shifts anyway. I bought nursing ones that worked for both pregnancy and after. Comfort over fancy, your wallet will thank you.
