Which cream is best for stretch marks during pregnancy?
Belly is just starting to show and im already seeing faint marks. Want to start applying something before it gets worse. Which cream or oil actually worked for u girls? So many options in the market, confused.
During my pregnancy, I used a mix of almond oil and Bio-Oil on my belly. Even after my C-section, I continued using it around the scar area once it healed. It really helped with the dryness and itching.
I used to worry so much about these tiger stripes, but now looking at my baby, they feel like beautiful reminders of our journey. I used Palmer's cocoa butter which kept my skin super soft. Don't be too hard on your changing body, mama.
I overanalyzed all the ingredients in every cream because I was so scared of chemicals absorbing into my skin! I ended up just using organic cold-pressed coconut oil because it felt the safest. It worked well and gave me peace of mind.
I totally get how stressful it is to see your body changing so fast, I used to worry about every new mark! I found that regular virgin coconut oil worked best to soothe the itchiness. Just keep the skin moisturized and try not to stress too much.
Honestly, stretch marks are mostly genetic, so no expensive cream is a miracle cure. Just use basic Bio-Oil or a heavy cocoa butter cream to keep the skin hydrated and prevent itching. Apply it twice a day right after your shower.
I just delivered two months ago and used Sebamed stretch mark cream throughout my pregnancy. It worked really well for me and kept my belly moisturized. Start applying it early, around the 4th month, for best results.
