My cycle dates confuse me a lot yaar. We are trying since few months and I keep hearing about fertile days and ovulation day from friends. How do you all decide the best date to try?
If you mean conceiving, its about ovulation not a calendar date. A gynac can guide you with simple tracking or a scan if needed. Best to ask them once.
Try a period tracker app, it predicts your fertile window. The days just before ovulation are the best chance. Worked for me after a couple months of tracking.

Theres no fixed date, it depends on your ovulation. Usually the few days around mid cycle are most fertile. Track your cycle properly, thats more useful than any calendar date.
