Honestly, every cycle is different so you shouldn't guess. Please check with your gynac once, they can track your ovulation accurately and guide you safely.
I used to track my ovulation using those strips, usually it's around 12 to 14 days after periods. Are you also tracking it? Let me know if you tried any app.
With my PCOS, my cycles were all over the place so standard counting didn't work for me. Try tracking with ovulation kits but don't stress too much, it takes some time.
