Which day is best of woman for conceive after periods?
We are trying since couple months and im trying to understand my fertile days properly. My cycle is mostly regular around 28 days. Which days after periods give best chance? pls help.
A period tracking app makes this so easy, it predicts ur fertile window once u log a few cycles. Generally midway between two periods. But if u have irregular cycles dont fully rely on app, check with gynac.
Just a gentle note, if ur periods are irregular like mine were with PCOS, the standard day 14 thing may not apply. I had to do follicular tracking with my gynac to know my actual ovulation. Worth asking her.
The fertile days are usually a few days before and on ovulation, so for a regular 28 day cycle thats roughly day 12 to 16. If ur cycle is irregular this gets tricky, an ovulation kit or a quick doctor chat helps a lot.
We were figuring this out too. I started using ovulation strips from the chemist and it helped me know my fertile days better than guessing. Maybe try that, its simple.
From what I read, ovulation is roughly around day 14 in a 28 day cycle, and the few days around it are the fertile window. But cycles vary so much person to person. I started tracking mine to figure out my own pattern.
