My cycle is around 28 days and mostly regular. We're trying for the first time and i honestly dont fully understand which days are the right ones to try. Can someone explain how to figure out the suitable days?
Your fertile days are around ovulation, usually day 12 to 16 if you have a 28 day cycle. That window plus a couple days before is the best time. Tracking your cycle makes it much easier to figure out.

I used a period tracker app and it showed my fertile window clearly each month. Pair that with ovulation strips for better accuracy. Made the whole guessing thing so much simpler honestly.
With my PCOS my cycles were all over the place so the standard day 14 thing never worked for me. I used ovulation strips and also got my gynac to help track. If your cycles are irregular, dont just count days, check with a doc.
