Which day pregnancy test accuracy?

I keep reading different things, some say test on missed period day, some say wait a week. Just want to know which day gives the most accurate result. Dont want to waste kits getting false answers.

I tracked it on my app and tested 2 days after the missed period for the clearest line. Too early and it can show negative even if you are pregnant. Patience pays off honestly.

My doctor said the test is most accurate from the first day of your missed period, and even better a couple days after. Testing before that gives false negatives because hCG is still low. Morning urine gives the strongest reading.
