It's the fertile window around ovulation, but cycles differ for everyone so the exact day varies. If you've been trying a while without luck, a gynac can pinpoint ur ovulation with a scan. Dont stress too much in the meantime.

I'd say download a period tracker, it predicts ur fertile window for u. Ovulation strips also help a lot, they show your peak days. Having intercourse on those days every alternate day worked for us.
Just a gentle note, if your periods are irregular like mine were with PCOS, the usual mid cycle calculation may not be accurate. In that case better to get ovulation tracked by a doctor instead of guessing dates.
The fertile days are around ovulation, so roughly the 5 days leading up to it and the ovulation day itself. For a 28 day cycle thats around day 10-16. Both times i conceived by tracking these days.
