We started trying last month but nothing happened and i feel like im just guessing the timing. My cycle is around 30 days. Can someone tell me which days after periods give the best chance?
Mid cycle is your window, ovulation time. Dont stress and count obsessively though, just keep things regular through that week. Thats how it happened for me both times.
I tracked with an app and it really took the guesswork out. Your fertile window is the few days leading up to and including ovulation, usually mid cycle. Ovulation strips also helped me pinpoint it better than just counting days.
From what i learnt the most fertile days are around ovulation, roughly the middle of your cycle. For a normal 28 day cycle thats around day 12 to 16 counting from the first day of your period. I used an ovulation app to track, it helped a lot.
Just a gentle note, the mid cycle rule works if your periods are regular. With my pcos my cycles were all over so counting didnt work for me, ovulation kits were more reliable. If your cycles are irregular maybe chat with a doc.
