Dry fruits are healthy but dates and raisins are sweet, so with my sugar issue I limited those. Almonds and walnuts were my main ones. If you have any sugar concern, check the quantity with your doctor.
Almonds, walnuts, dates and a few raisins are all good. Soaked almonds are easier to digest. Just keep it to a small handful a day, they are calorie heavy.
Amma made me eat soaked almonds, walnuts and a couple of dates every morning. They are good for strength and the baby. A small handful daily is enough, no need to overdo it.
