My MIL keeps giving me a fistful of everything in the morning but i actually want to know which ones are really good in these months. Im in my second trimester. Pls share what u all eat daily.
My mother gave me soaked almonds and dates daily, said it gives strength. Dates were specially recommended in later months at home. But I checked quantity with my doctor since I had to watch sugar.
Dry fruits are healthy but they are calorie and sugar dense, so I had to be careful because of my GD. Almonds and walnuts are good, dates I limited. If you have any sugar issue, ask your doctor about how much.
Beta, soaked almonds, walnuts and a few raisins are very good, we always gave these at home. Walnut is said to be good for baby brain. Just keep the quantity small, a handful is enough.
