Don't make a huge list and scare yourself ok. Basically skip raw, leftover and very oily junk, wash fruits well, and eat fresh. Thats mostly it, baki enjoy your meals.
Mainly avoid raw or half cooked stuff yaar. No raw papaya, no pineapple in early months, and skip uncooked eggs and undercooked meat. My gynac told me cook everything properly and ye sab apne aap manage ho jata.
Besides the usual raw foods, watch the sugary stuff too if your sugar levels are borderline. Mujhe GD tha so I had to cut sweets and white rice a lot. Best is your doctor checks your reports and tells what suits u.
Common ones are unpasteurised milk, raw seafood, too much caffeine and street food because of infection risk. But honestly every pregnancy is different, so just confirm your personal list with your gynac in your next visit.
