Which food is good in first trimester of pregnancy?
Just entered my first trimester and honestly im so confused what to eat. Nausea is thoda there so I dont feel like eating much, but I want to make sure baccha gets proper nutrition. What all did you ladies eat in these early weeks? pls share.
I know exactly how stressful it is to wonder if you are eating the right things for the baby. I used to overthink every single bite in my first trimester. Just take it easy, even small light meals like bananas or simple dal rice are great and safe.
Look, don't overcomplicate things in the first three months. Just focus on staying hydrated with coconut water and eat small, frequent meals. Avoid anything too oily or spicy and take your folic acid regularly as prescribed. It's that simple!
Try having simple ghar ka khana like khichdi or curd rice, it really helps with early nausea. My dadi used to tell me to chew a little ginger if I felt sick. But honestly, if u have severe vomiting or can't keep water down, please check with your gynac directly.
I got a proper custom diet chart from my hospital's nutritionist during my first trimester. Honestly, it's best to ask your gynac or the hospital staff during your next visit. They know your blood reports and will suggest exactly what your body needs right now.
Oh dear, I totally understand how hard it is to eat anything in the first few weeks when everything smells weird. Just eat whatever your heart desires, even if it's just basic toast or apples. This phase will pass soon, and you are doing such a beautiful job already, touchwood.
