First time pregnant, around 6 weeks. Everyone at ghar is telling me alag alag cheezein avoid karo, papaya mat khao, this dont eat that dont eat. Im so confused now. Can someone tell me which foods actually should be avoided?
Look, straight up avoid papaya, pineapple, and uncooked or raw eggs/meat. No need to overcomplicate things, just eat freshly cooked simple home meals. And please, skip the street food Chinese for a few months to avoid stomach infections.
Arre, don't stress too much about every bite you take! Just avoid the main culprits like raw papaya, raw seafood, unpasteurized cheese, and too much caffeine. Enjoy your regular ghar ka khana and you'll be absolutely fine!
Always try to eat fresh, sattvik, home-cooked food during this sacred phase as it keeps the mind calm. Avoid raw papaya, excessively spicy outside food, and stale meals. Take care of yourself, stay positive, and baby will be healthy.
I have heard from elders that we should avoid ajinomoto, unpasteurized milk, and raw papaya. I am also trying to be very careful with my diet nowadays. It's better to stick to simple ghar ka khana just to be safe.
Currently in my 3rd trimester and honestly, my body objects to almost everything, haha! But seriously, stay away from raw fish, mercury-rich fish, and half-cooked meat. Also, raw papaya is a big no-no, rest just eat what your doc permits.
