My MIL keeps stopping me from eating certain fruits saying it's not good in pregnancy but doesnt explain why. Im 3 months and confused now. is there actually any fruit i should avoid?
Beta, hamare yahan papaya aur pineapple se mana karte hai, especially raw papaya, kehte hai garmi karta hai. Bohot saara nahi khana. Baaki fruits jaise apple, pomegranate to bahut achhe hai for you.
