Im in my 8th month now and trying to keep my diet on point for these last weeks. Want to add more fruits but confused which ones are best at this stage. Share what you all are eating pls.
For 8th month, anything that's easy to digest and gives energy is good. I used to stock up on bananas for quick snacks, and apples are always a safe bet. Papaya and pineapple are usually on the no-no list, so avoid those. Basically, stick to common fruits like oranges, berries, or guavas.
Eighth month mein energy chahiye hoti hai, toh jo bhi fruit easily available ho and fresh ho, woh le lo. Apples, bananas, oranges, mausambi, pomegranate. Ye sab bahut healthy hain. Khajoor bhi le sakte ho in moderation, it gives good iron. Bas fresh hona chahiye ghar pe.
Oh, this is such an important question! I remember googling every single fruit before eating it. In the 8th month, I was mainly focusing on fruits rich in water content and vitamins. Like, oranges for immunity, sweet lime for hydration. And bananas are great for energy and preventing cramps. Just make sure they're ripe, not raw. And definitely no papaya or pineapple, my doc said that clearly.
All seasonal fruits are generally good. I ate a lot of pomegranates for iron and good hydration. Also, berries are excellent for antioxidants. Just avoid raw papaya and pineapple. Make sure fruits are well washed and fresh from a reliable source.
It's totally understandable to be so careful about what you eat, especially in the later months. I used to worry about everything! For fruits, most safe fruits are good. Just focus on variety, like kiwis for Vitamin C, berries for antioxidants, and bananas for potassium. Always wash them well!
